Ian Greer
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Ian qualified as an Aircraft Engineer. In 2004 Ian applied for Mortgage and Multi Agency Intermediary Authorisation with the Central Bank of Ireland to focus on financial services. Ian is co-founder & director of Arena Capital Partners.
Barry Corcoran
Director
Barry is Co-Founder & Director of Arena Capital Partners and has over 25 Years experience in the Financial Services Sector.
Stewart Skelly
Chief Financial Officer
Stewart is a Chartered Certified Accountant and joined Arena in January 2016. Prior to Arena, he was CFO of Warren Resources Inc, a New York based Energy Company. During his time at Warren Resources, Stewart was involved in taking the Company public on the Nasdaq Stock Market and raised over $500 million in both debt and equity financing.
Conor Breen
Chief Development Officer
Conor joined Arena Capital in early 2019. Conor is a Qualified Architect with many years’ experience practising in Northern Ireland, the UK and Republic of Ireland. He has a strong reputation for obtaining planning approvals and grid consents for utility scale wind and solar developments, with over 150 planning consents in place and a 100% planning approval record.
Daniel Rafferty
Senior Development and Acquisitions Officer
After qualifying with a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Development, Daniel has more than 13 years experience on the development of large-scale onshore wind and solar projects within the UK & Ireland. Previously working for UK subsidiaries of European Renewables Development companies, Daniel has gained experience of all aspects of the development cycle, from project origination to planning, construction and operation.
Kenneth O’Connell
Group Financial Controller
A Qualified Accountant, responsible for the overall day to day operations of the finance team. Ken joined Arena Capital Partners Ltd in September 2018. With over 14 years’ experience working as a financial controller for the Sherry FitzGerald Group, where he oversaw the Franchise and Financial Services business within the Group.
Yolande Mann
Accounting Manager
Yolande joined the company as an Assistant Accountant in July 2019, and was subsequently promoted to Accounting Manager in February 2021. Yolande is a qualified Accounting Technician (MIATI). Yolande has a wealth of experience in the Financial Sector with over 15 years experience.
Jacqui Dunphy LLB (Hons)
Legal Business Manager
Jacqui joined the Arena team in early 2018 to head up the Legal Department. Jacqui has managed the completion of over 200 transactions to date comprising both renewable and property acquisitions for the Company. With 25 years’ experience in acquisitions in the property development and technology sectors, working for public companies in London, Jacqui enhances the acquisitions team with the breadth of her knowledge.
Gillian McCormack
Executive Assistant to CEO
Gillian started her career as a Sales Executive in the retail sector in 2001. She then changed career in 2008 into the property sector, where she managed a large portfolio for private clients. She joined Arena in 2015 as Sales & Executive Administrator and is now Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Ed Kenny-Levick
General Manager Europe
Ed has been working in Renewables since 2008 and joined Arena in 2015. He has a BSc in European Business and Technology and an MBA from Warwick University and has worked within a multitude of cultures. He has led a series of successful acquisitions in Arena's main business regions and has also managed a number of development and construction projects. Ed already speaks 4 languages and is currently learning Polish.
Noelle Heary
Senior Investment Administrator
Noelle joined ACP in September 2014 when the company was in its infancy. She works closely with the Directors and all departments within the organisation as our Senior Investment Administrator. Prior to this Noelle worked in the financial services industry where she logged 20 years’ experience in various roles such as arrears controller, mortgage advisor and administrator.
Bruna Bastos
Investment Administrator
Bruna qualified as a Lawyer and has many years of experience practising in Brazil. After completing a Masters Degree in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution in Ireland, Bruna joined the Arena team as part of the investment team. Bruna is a fluent English and Portuguese speaker and also holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Law.
Martina Moore
Investment Administrator
Martina joined Arena Capital Partners Ltd. in February 2018 working initially on Reception dealing with investment queries. She quickly became an integral part of the Investments Team fulfilling the role of Investment Administrator. Martina brings a wealth of experience to the Investments Team from her career of over 30 years in insurance and legal administration. Whilst in the insurance sector Martina gained a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (London).
